    DependentThe Dependent Account links to a Primary so you can guide and protect the people you trust most. Each Dependent gets 4GB of storage and the same safety, privacy, and message controls. It fits families, teams, and groups that want simple oversight and clean communication.
    PortalThe Portal Account lets you reach many people at once in a safe and focused way. Each Portal includes 2GB for every 100 contacts and keeps messages private, clean, and well organized. It fits clinics, schools, teams, and nonprofits that need trusted outreach without noise.

    Refund Policy

    You may cancel your plan at any time from your Account page. Your cancellation must be made at least seven days before your next billing date to avoid another charge. We do not offer refunds because many of the costs for your account are paid up front to set up and protect your service.

    All billing is handled through Stripe, and your card number is never stored on our servers. Only a safe, encrypted billing token is kept so renewals work smoothly and securely. Everything is designed to keep your information protected while staying easy to manage.
