Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms explain how Desired Email works and what you can expect. By using the service, you accept these Terms and agree to follow them. If you sign up for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Use requires the right age or the right consent
Eligibility and Consent
You must be old enough to make a legal contract where you live, or you must have proper consent. If you are under 18, consent may come from a parent or guardian, a school, or an employer. If consent is missing, unclear, or removed, we may pause, limit, or close the account.
Simple, private, and under your control
About the Service
Desired Email makes email simple and private, and you control it. Our closed network reduces outside risks and we block executable files from running. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless you cancel before renewal, and we will tell you about important changes in the app or by email. You can cancel at any time; your service continues until the end of the paid period, and fees and taxes are non-refundable unless the law requires a refund.
We Never sell your data
Privacy, Data, and Cookies
We encrypt data in transit and at rest and never sell your data. We collect only what is needed to run the service safely and do not read your messages. We use only essential cookies and do not track you across other sites.
Built for reliability, ready for the unexpected
Service Availability
We work to keep the service running smoothly and share planned maintenance when we can. Outages and issues may still occur, and we will restore normal service as quickly as we reasonably can. The service is provided “as is,” and liability is limited as allowed by law.

Supported Systems
Desired Email works on systems that support HTML5 and JavaScript ES6 and current versions of major browsers. We may update supported platforms as technology and security needs change. Keeping your system and browser current helps the app work its best.
Be respectful, be legal, and keep others safe
Acceptable Use
You may not harass others, send SPAM or phishing, spread malware, break security, or do anything illegal. False reports are not allowed. Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or a permanent ban.
Important messages arrive in your DE account
Notices
We send official updates, billing details, and policy notices to your Desired Email account. We may update these Terms when laws or features change and will notify you before important changes take effect. Continued use means you accept the update.
Texas law and fairness guides everything
Governance
Texas law governs these Terms, while required local protections may still apply. If any part is invalid, the rest remains in effect, and the Terms continue after your account ends. We may transfer these Terms if our business changes hands.
A faster, simpler way to resolve most disputes
Arbitration (Texas)
If we cannot fix a problem together, we will use arbitration (a private hearing with a neutral person) in Texas or by video. The process follows the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Rules and the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA). You must bring your own claim, not a group or class action case. You have two years to start a claim, unless your local law gives more time. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of opening your account by sending us a written note. Small claims court is available only if you opt out and your claim qualifies.
