Termination

Desired Email is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and respectful platform for all users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the service. Misuse includes actions such as attempting to cyberbully, distributing malware, engaging in phishing attempts, or sending SPAM. If you are found guilty of these actions three times, your account will be permanently banned from Desired Email, LLC, and you may face civil or criminal prosecution. We take these violations very seriously to ensure the security of our platform and users.

Additionally, falsely reporting other subscribers for these offenses three times will lead to the same consequences. We believe in fostering a trustworthy and respectful community. Misusing the reporting system harms this trust and will not be tolerated. By using Desired Email responsibly, you contribute to the security and integrity of our platform.

You are prohibited from using Desired Email to engage in any communication that is racist, hateful, or sexual in nature. Such behavior will lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account and may include legal action. Moreover, using our system to participate in or facilitate any illegal activities will result in the immediate termination of your account, and you will be permanently banned. Our platform is built to support positive and lawful communication, and we are committed to upholding these standards.

If you are a cyberbully, pedophile, or spammer, you are not welcome here. Do not sign up for Desired Email. Your presence and actions go against everything we stand for, and we will not tolerate it. If you attempt to join our platform, you will be swiftly removed, permanently banned, and no refunds will be issued. Desired Email is a community built on respect and security, and individuals who engage in harmful or illegal activities have no place here.
